How to brew oolong tea?
There are two methods to makes this loose leaf oolong tea:
Gongfu brewing:
Brew 8gram with 150 ml of water at 100 °C. Steep for 5seconds and add 5 seconds from 4th infusion.
Western brewing:
Steep 3 gram with 250 ml of water at 100 °C. Apply a brewing time of 10 seconds and add 5 seconds for each next infusion.
